Kate Middleton gets hospital visit
Kate Middleton “feeling better” as she remains in the hospital to be treated for severe morning sickness during pregnancy.
Though the royal mom-to-be is recovering well, she reportedly still faces up to six more months of misery.
Kate Middleton was on the mend Tuesday after her second day in a London hospital for severe morning sickness.
With Prince William by her bedside, Kate was recovering from her violent vomiting bouts and “feeling better” – according to a statement from St. James Palace.
The relief was evident on William’s face when he finally left the hospital.
The Duke of Cambridge is “immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received” – his spokesman said.
Prince William leaves the hospital in central London on Tuesday after visiting his wife.
Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the royals found out later Monday after William and Kate raced to the hospital, where the stricken princess was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, a malady that affects one in 50 expectant mothers and can turn pregnancy into torture.
Citing royal sources, the Daily Mail reported the Duchess of Cambridge was holding her own “but her symptoms of severe vomiting may last for much of her pregnancy.”

The 29-year-old British socialite arrived with their young brother, James. The two left more than an hour later as Pippa’s wide smile led folks to believe Kate is probably recovering quickly.
Even at times when she is worried, Pippa Middleton knows how to make an entrance.

Pippa arrived with their younger brother, James (25) at a central London hospital in a taxi around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. Neither said a word to reporters as they hurried to their sister’s bedside.
Pippa wore Superdry coat, black leggings and brown suede boots. James (who was sporting a beard) carried what was likely a bag of gifts to entertain his sick sister.
They stayed with Kate for more than an hour, leaving around 5 p.m. But this time Pippa’s wide smile led some to speculate that her sister is recovering quickly.
Kate Middleton is only a few weeks pregnant … but already being SHOWERED with lavish gifts from tons of baby product companies … all gunning for what could be the HOLY GRAIL of preggo publicity.
TMZ has learned … Kate has already received swanky goodie-baskets from at least 4 U.S.-based baby product companies … and presumably dozens, if not hundreds, more from around the globe.
The logic is simple … Kate likes the goods … uses goods … is photographed with goods … goods get WORLDWIDE publicity … company makes a bloody fortune.
So far – we know Kate been sent kiddy learning programs from MyTalkingToddler.com … morning sickness relief from a company called One Step Ahead … and clothes and products from 2 high end L.A. baby boutiques.
We spoke to a rep for Bel Bambini in Beverly Hills … who told us they sent Kate a $2.300 gift basket which included a new Bugaboo Cameleon 3 stroller (worth $978), a Fendi layette set ($265), Dior Booties ($275) and much much more.
Kate also got more than $1.000 in free baby swag from Flicka – a high-end baby store owned by “General Hospital” star John Reilly. The actor tells us they shipped over their “hot selling Choo Choo blankies” which have been worn by a whole bunch of celeb babies.
Guess Kate can cancel the baby shower … unless Queen Elizabeth’s just DYING to play “Guess the Due Date.”
