Fergie and Josh Duhamel expecting their first child
Her hump, her hump, her lovely lady lump: Fergie is pregnant with her first child.
A representative for the Black Eyed Peas singer confirmed the news Monday. Fergie’s actor husband Josh Duhamel tweeted about the news with joy, saying – “Fergie and Me and BABY makes three.”
The 37-year-old Fergie and 40-year-old Duhamel married in 2009. She joined the Black Eyed Peas when the group released its third album, “Elephunk,” in 2003. The foursome is known for its pop-inspired hip-hop tunes like “My Humps,” “I Gotta Feeling” and “Boom Boom Pow.”
Fergie launched her solo debut (“The Duchess”) to much success in 2006. It featured five Top 5 hits, including “Fergalicious” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.”
Duhamel has appeared in the “Transformer” films and most recently in “Safe Haven.”

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are expecting a baby, the singer confirmed on Twitter Monday.
“Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!!” she Tweeted.
Her husband adds: “Thank you for the outpouring of well wishes! We are grateful and blessed.”
This will be the first child for the couple, who wed in January 2009 in Malibu.
Both Fergie (37) and Duhamel (40) have been clear about their desire for children — but kept the timeline open.
“Not right this second,” the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman said in May 2011, while her husband added: “We’ll go there at some point.”

The couple married in January 2009, and Duhamel has often talked of wanting to be a father.
“It’ll happen” – he told USA TODAY just a few weeks ago, while promoting his new Nicholas Sparks film, Safe Haven. “It’s happening. But every three months she’s pregnant (in the press). If she gets a little paunch everyone thinks she’s pregnant. It’s like well thanks, they’re basically calling you fat. But like my mom said, well, if she’s been pregnant as long as everyone says that she is, well then we’re going to have a baby elephant. We’re on our own schedule with that.”
Julianne Hough called her Safe Haven co-star “so genuine,” and beautiful on the inside, to boot. “He has a joy and a light about him, especially when he’s with the kids” – she said. “He’s going to be an awesome dad one day.”
His former Life as We Know It co-star Katherine Heigl agreed. “It was fun to even see him with my daughter” – she told USA TODAY. “He’s so drawn to children. He gives off some scent or something — they gravitate toward him.”
Meanwhile, Fergie’s got her maternity wardrobe ready. “I love (wearing) sweats” – she told Rachel Ray in September. “I steal Josh’s T-shirts. It’s fun! They’re baggy and he likes it.”
