“They’re engaged and very happy” – a source says of the couple. A rep for the actress had no comment.

Earlier this week, Johansson (28) was spotted wearing the diamond stunner while in Italy promoting her new sci-fi movie Under the Skin at the Venice International Film Festival.

The actress is reportedly engaged to journalist Romain Dauriac, according to People.
“They’re engaged and very happy,” a source told the mag. However, a rep for the actress declined to comment.
Dauriac is the former editor of the French magazine Clark – according to the Daily Mail. He is said to have proposed about a month ago, and the actress sported a vintage Art Deco ring at the Venice Film Festival earlier this week, People said, where she was promoting her sci-fi flick “Under the Skin.”
