Eva Longoria has filed for divorce, and even though she’s filed the legal docs, sources tell us she’s ‘devastated.’ And get this … she wants spousal support!
Longoria filed her papers, to divorce Tony Parker, in L.A. County Superior Court. Longoria cites ‘irreconcilable differences.’
Longoria checked the box which says: “Spousal support payable to [Longoria]. If Eva gets her way, she pays her lawyers and Tony pays for his.”
TMZ has learned, Longoria and Parker signed a prenup on June 21, 2007 and it was amended in June, 2009. The legal docs also mention the prenup.

Just a few hours after the news broke that Tony Parker and his wife, Eva Longoria, were headed for a divorce, the San Antonio Spurs point guard led his team to a 103-94 at home over the Chicago Bulls.
After the game, Parker did not address the story, which has become soap opera-like: involving ‘another woman,’ who happens to be a ‘co-worker’s’ spouse, Brent Barry’s furture ex-wife Erin Barry.
But he did acknowledge that Wednesday’s events made for ‘a weird game,’ and that ‘I had a rough start.’
The ninth-year, three-time NBA Champion also added seven assists and three rebounds.
According to reports, the whole issue behind the divorce is that the 28-year-old Tony Parker has cheated on Eva Longoria with a mutual friend who he constantly texts. Eva Longoria stated: “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce.We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”
The 35-year-old actress who is deeply hurt has stated that Tony will still be her family after seven years of marriage. She said: “Tony is family to me, he is my most important family member. We are very close and we both want a large family – we both make our family a large priority in our lives”.
She was longing to start a family with Tony Parker but things have changed now and she once the trust is lost, a marriage is over.
Sources say: “Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She’s inconsolable.”

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker is about to lose her ‘Parker’. Earlier this week, Longoria filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court from her husband of three years – basketball player Tony Parker.
Citing the popular ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the division, Longoria stated the couple had a prenuptial agreement in play and added that while she doesn’t want to pay any spousal support, that she wants some from Parker.
Reports on the internet are buzzing with accounts of Parker’s infidelity with another basketball player’s wife. Numerous outlets are saying the actress discovered damaging text messages from Parker which prompted the couple’s split.
