Lisa Robin Kelly was arrested again for assault
Looks like she’s in trouble once again.
Lisa Robin Kelly (who starred as Topher Grace’s sister on “That ’70s Show”) was arrested on Monday night (November 26), after reportedly getting into a fight with a 61-year-old man, who has been identified as her husband.
According to TMZ – the 42-year-old and the male were jailed in North Carolina following the violent incident at their home, in which they allegedly assaulted each other.
There were reportedly no injuries and neither alcohol nor drugs were involved in the altercation. Both Kelly and her alleged spouse are still in custody.
This is the second arrest for Kelly this year, who was busted for domestic abuse in March and pled guilty to a DUI charge in North Carolina in November 2010.

The 42-year-old actress, who played Topher Grace’s floozy sister on “That ’70s Show”, has been arrested following a fight with her husband for the second time this year.
Kelly was busted last night after allegedly assaulting a 61-year-old man who was identified as her spouse at their North Carolina home, the Iredell County Detention Center confirms to E! News. She was briefly detained but is no longer in custody.
According to TMZ – Kelly’s hubby was also arrested.
She ultimately wasn’t prosecuted following her March 31 arrest for allegedly getting violent with her husband in Los Angeles. Back in 2010, Kelly pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving near their home in Mecklenburg, N.C., and was sentenced to a day in jail.
She was credited for time served and spent a year on probation.

Kelly played blonde bombshell Laurie Forman on the hit television show “That ’70s Show”for the first five seasons before being let go. Since then, she has had virtually no acting credits since that time. What she has had is a string of arrests on what appears to be a path of downward descent.
In 2010, she was arrested for drunk driving – according to the Daily Mail. She was also arrested earlier this year for spousal abuse, an arrest that sparked concern when her mugshot revealed a greatly changed appearance.
According to police handling the current case, no visible injuries were noted and neither party was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
